Partly with the downturn in the European economy and it's own economic strenths Turkey has very quickly become the No.1 spot for property investment. Financial reports everywhere will tell you of the strong Turkish economy, it's goverment investment programme and about the amount of overseas investors buying into the Turkish property market.
Whether you are buying for a holiday home, rental investment or a bit of both the numbers always have to stack up and certinaly when you are looking for a rental income then Turkey is always top of the list.
With all of our developments being signed up by the major holiday tour operators our property owners are finding rental income over the summer season a major atribute. Thomas Cook, Thomson's and First Choice all have seen the potential in our properties and developments and are now promoting them in all of their shops, websites and brochures. Even our new offplan developments are being signed up as they are being built.

Typicall over the summer season a villa will provide you with an income of between 7-8% Net yield over the 26 week period. We have various way of allocating rental including guaranteed rental packages. Please contact us for more info.
Not everyone wishes to let their property out over the full holiday season so just let us know when you wish to use it and we will let it out for the remaining weeks if you wish.
Property Management: We handle all aspects of the holiday rental including supplying rental clients, airport transfers, cleaning and maintenance.
Property prices in Turkey are still moving yearly in a positive direction and will do for many years to come. If entry into the EU is accepted then a dramatic rise in the property prices can be excepted.
