It is well documented that the safest and most informative way to view property and the area is on an organised viewing trip with a reputable company holding your hand througout the whole process. Prestige Villas have been organising and carrying out viewing trips now for many years and most of our clients have enjoyed buying their property while on one. Please read their testimonials.
If you decide that you would like to go on one of 
our viewing tours then Prestige Villas will organise
and host your entire visit - all at minimal cost to. You will be viewing on a one to one basis.
Spain: Viewing tours normally last 4 days in Spain during which time you will be personally shown properties that fall into your chosen budget etc. A viewing trip to Spain costs £99 per person.
Turkey: A viewing trip to Turkey lasts slightly longer, normally between 5 and 7 days because of the flight times and slightly longer distance. We therefore ask you to pay for your own flights and we will provide you with all your transfers and accomodation at a nominal cost of £49 per person.
Prestige Villas local staff will be on hand to help you handle all the legal and financial details to guarantee your dream home purchase runs smoothly.
