All of them own property abroad and are totally au fait on all aspects of the buying process and can advise you of the various running costs etc. We can, in the comfort of your home, show you on a large laptop computer detailed photos, plans and external and internal pictures of our full range of different styles of property we offer. You can discuss in detail every aspect of the viewing and buying process and we describe it all in a friendly, informative and relaxed manner. We have various DVDs of the area and its facilities you can keep.
Over the years we have found the Home-Visits incredibly well received. Our clients recommend it very highly to anyone who requires additional information before their viewing tour with Prestige Villas. There is no charge for this service, just ring or e-mail your details on the attached form and what time suits you and we shall arrange everything on your behalf.

Visiting our Showroom and Offices
With the opening of our new office it has become very popular to have clients come in for a chat and then have the chance to ask questions over a cup of coffee. Sit at your leisure and watch our Prestige Villas DVD for 30 minutes before looking at the vast display of property and information.
Come along to one of our great Fact Finding evenings and mix with other people looking to buy in the same area. A short presentation followed by an open Question and Answers session. Always a great atmosphere.
